Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

What happens if the lights stop working?
All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.
What are your best selling lights?
The Festoon lights have been our best sellers for years now. They are brighter and more durable than any other solar festoon lights on the market and our customers love them.
How do the motion sensor settings of The Outdoor Wall Lantern work?
There are 3 motion sensor lighting modes to choose from. The built-in PIR sensor detects movement within a 120 degree range and up to 3 to 5 metres. In Mode 1, motion brings the light to 100%, then it turns off 15 seconds after movement stops. In Mode 2, motion brings it to 100%, then it dims to 50% after 15 seconds. In Mode 3, it stays at a low 50% brightness all night, which is ideal for decorative ambient lighting.
Do I need wiring or an electrician to install these?
Not at all. There's no wiring required, so they're perfect for a DIY job with just basic tools. Simply mount them on any sun-exposed wall using the included hardware, making sure the panel gets direct sunlight. They suit loads of spots too, including porches, garages, yards, barns, corridors, gardens and mailboxes.
Can they handle harsh weather?
Yes, they're built for it. The thickened ABS housing and tightly matched clear panel are designed to channel rainwater through internal grooves so it drains away from the bottom. They're engineered to operate anywhere from -20°C to 40°C, so they'll stand up to rain, snow and heat alike.
If a bulb stops working, can I replace it?
The decorative bulb shell can be removed for cleaning or to change up the appearance. However, the internal LED strip and components are not designed to be taken apart or replaced, so the light source itself is non-removable. With normal use, the LEDs are made to last a good long while.
How many lanterns come in a pack?
These are sold individually, so you'll receive 1 x Outdoor Wall Lantern per purchase. If you'd like to light up multiple spots around your place, simply order the quantity you need.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?

All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
