Are all your lights weatherproof?
Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

What happens if the lights stop working?
All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.

Are all the lights in the bundle solar powered?
Yes, every light in this bundle is fully solar powered. They all charge during the day and switch on automatically at night, with no complicated wiring needed. It's energy efficient lighting across the board, which means no added electricity costs to run them.
Can I leave the whole set outside in the weather?
Yes, you can. Every light in this bundle carries an IP65 waterproof rating, so the lot is built to handle rain and various weather conditions outdoors. Just keep in mind the solar panels charge best in dry, sunny conditions, so positioning them where they catch plenty of direct sun will give you the best results.
How do I set everything up, and can I aim the motion lights where I need them?
There's no wiring required for any of it. The LED Wall Lights mount to just about any wall surface using the included screws, while the Deck Lights can be fixed with either the included screws or tape in just a few minutes. The 3-Head Motion Lights also mount to your wall, and thanks to their adjustable triple-head design, you can direct the light precisely where it's needed, whether that's pathways, gardens or entryways.
What kind of lighting do they provide?
The bundle gives you a great mix to suit any occasion. The LED Wall Lights offer a stylish up and down cross-beam effect, while the Deck Lights add soft, safe lighting along your steps and paths, with both available in warm white and white. The 3-Head Motion Lights bring bright white illumination from their LED beads, with 3 modes including motion sensing at strong brightness for around 25 seconds, motion sensing that transitions from dim to strong for 25 seconds, and a constant dim light. Together they cover everything from ambience to security.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
