Yes, every light we sell is either IP44 or IP65 weather resistant, meaning rain, hail or shine, they'll be shining bright every day.
If your lights ever stop working, just remember they are backed by our lifetime replacement guarantee. Simply reach out to our support team here if you ever have any issues with your lights.
Where can I use the lights?
Anywhere that gets sunlight during the day. Your backyard, front yard, driveway, veggie patch or any outdoor paths around your home. As long as the solar panel for the lights gets sun during the day, they'll turn on automatically at night.

All SolaGarden lights have a lifetime replacement warranty. If they stop working, just send us an email and we'll replace them free of charge.

Do I need to turn The Pattern Light Pack on and off myself?
Nope, the Pattern Light Pack does the work for you. Thanks to the built-in light sensor, the lights automatically switch on in darkness or at night, and turn off again during the day or in bright areas. Just set them up and let them do their thing.
How are these powered? Do they need batteries or mains power?
They're fully solar powered, so there's no need for mains power or fiddling with batteries. The built-in solar panel charges up in the sun during the day, making them environmentally friendly and energy saving. Pop them somewhere they'll catch plenty of sunlight for the best results.
How hard are they to install?
About as easy as it gets. There are no tools or extra wiring needed at all. You simply push the stake into the soil and you're done in a matter of seconds. It's a great option if you want to brighten up your space without any hassle.
How long will the lights stay on at night?
After a full charge of 6 to 8 hours in the sun, the lights will run for around 8 to 10 hours. Keep in mind that the amount of sunlight they receive during the day will affect how long they glow at night, so a sunny spot is ideal.
Where can I use these around my place?
They're really versatile and suit loads of spots. The Pattern Light Pack is ideal for the garden, poolside, lawn, terrace, roadside and more. Being lightweight, durable and IP65 waterproof, you can install them just about anywhere outdoors and leave them out in all weather.
How quickly do I get my lights after I order?
Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your lights and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of lights, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.
Your lights will be sent via Australia Post, and then they should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 3-7 business days.
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How much do I pay for shipping?
All orders include FREE and fast delivery Australia-wide, no matter how many lights you order.
How do I track my order?
After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).
If I don't like the lights, can I return them?
Sadly, we know that sometimes our SolaGarden lights are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your lights to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 100 days.
*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All SolaGarden lights must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

Do I have to pay for a return?
We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office!
